●作家　artist　: 長内絵海　Osanai Emi ●タイトル Title : 「光の跡」　「Traces of light」 ●作品サイズ Artwork Size : F3号 (27.3×22.0cm) ●支持体・材料 Supports/Materials : キャンバスに油彩 Oil on canvas ●額縁が付きます。(A frame is included.) ※クリックすると全体画像をご覧いただけます。*Click to see the full image ●作家コメント 絵画とは自然物の模倣であると考えています。風景画なり人物画なり、人智を超えたきっかけがあり成されたものを、筆と絵の具のみでどれだけキャンバス上に再現できるか、が私のやるべき表現者としての役目だと感じています。 自然物を表現するにあたって人物はとても重要で、ある自然物がどれだけ美してくても人との関わりがなければ気づけないものだったり、生まれないものだったりするでしょう。 今回の「ソレイユブラン展」に出品した「光の跡」は人物画でありながら、光を表現するべく描きました。 自然への畏敬の念をもってして人の心情さえ描けたなら、絵画として成立したと言えると考えております。 ●Artist's Comment I believe that painting is an imitation of natural objects. Whether it is a landscape or a portrait, I feel that my role as an artist is to try and reproduce on canvas, using only a brush and paint, the things that have been created by a force beyond human understanding. When it comes to expressing natural objects, people are very important. Even if a natural object is beautiful, if there is no connection with people, it may not be noticed or may not even be born. The painting “Traces of Light” that I submitted to the Soleil Blanc exhibition is a portrait, but I painted it to express light.
